What is a Cancellation Policy?

To provide maximum flexibility for our users, our Experience Creators can choose which cancellation policies to offer.


Standard cancellation policy

Reimbursement of previously purchased activities is not permitted after tickets have been sent to you. Due to security and fraud-prevention, we cannot void any tickets issued.

Failure to attend an activity / experience, or an error in the purchase of tickets is not a valid reason for refunds.


Cancellations due to weather

If the weather creates a safety concern, either before the experience, Creators may cancel the experience. If this happens, you will be fully refunded. If an experience in canceled after the experience has started, it will be considered an act-of-god and no refunds can be issued.


Cancellations due to an emergency

No refunds will be issued for customer cancellations due to unforeseen attraction closings, flight delays, flight cancellation, and other uncontrollable factors.

In the rare case that an activity that you have booked is canceled by the Creator, you will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund. Please note that due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and other possible banking charges, the company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded.

Credit card processing fee (3rd Party charge) is non-refundable.


Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we will consider a refund of this booking fee. This is completely at the discretion of LivMo, Inc. To send supporting documents for the cancellation under exceptional circumstances, send an email to: help@golivmo.com


Can I change a confirmed experience date?

To change a booking date or time, please contact us here, along with your booking number. Change of booking date or time is solely based on the availability of spaces left, and the discretion of the Creators. Please note that inability to reschedule your booking is not a valid reason for refunds.


Refund Processing Time

For credit/debit card payment, it usually takes up to 14 working days, or up to 60 days for certain banks, for you to receive the refund in your bank account. Please check with your respective banks for their timeline on refunded purchases.
