Update 21/09/19: We've listened to our Creator community and have adopted more measures to prevent Fraud Prevention and Scams.
To enhance security, creators are able to request the withdrawal of all funds after 72 hours after the end of the experience.
This window provides all parties an opportunity to raise any disputes, should there be any issues.
To bypass this 72-hour fraud prevention hold, we require all Creators to verify their account.
The minimum amount for withdrawal is SGD$100.
