Cancellations due to weather

If the weather creates a safety concern, either before the experience, Creators may cancel the experience. If this happens, you will be fully refunded. If an experience in canceled after the experience has started, it will be considered an act-of-god and no refunds can be issued.

If you do not receive an automated refund 14 working days after the date of the cancelled experience, you may contact: help@golivmo.com with your booking number.


Cancellations due to an emergency

No refunds will be issued for customer cancellations due to unforeseen attraction closings, flight delays, flight cancellation, and other uncontrollable factors.

In the rare case that an activity that you have booked is canceled by the Creator, you will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund. Please note that due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and other possible banking charges, the company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded.
