You should email LivMo's Customer Satisfaction Team (help@golivmo.com) within 24 hrs after your experience booking date stating your concerns and issues. In the interest of receiving a faster solution, please include photos and/or videos and specific details of your concerns.


An Experience Architect will then get back to you as soon as possible.


We will go through a dispute ticket with the Creator. You will have to provide us with full details, so that we can act on your behalf.


After a thorough investigation, GoLivMo holds the right to enforce a final decision.
